What is your greatest fitness achievement?

Staying consistent, after having kids it took me 5 years to get back to my pre-pregnancy lifts and cardio endurance. But I didn’t quit and that makes me really proud.

What is your favorite exercise?

Squats! Give me all the squats- goblet, sumo, split squats, & I love a deadlift to goblet squat combos with a kettlebell

Why Do you choose to train at Rise?

The people here come with purpose. They want to get 1% better every day and as a coach that’s so freaking encouraging. 

What is your favorite glutenous meal?

I’m a tacos and margaritas girl through and through!

What is your hidden talents?

I grew up clog dancing and I can still hold my own
