I am currently working on muscle up progression.
Favorite exercise?
I’ve started to really enjoy Renegade Rows, but Dips have always been a favorite.
Main motivations for training:
Exercising and focusing on my health created a huge shift in my quality of life. It is something I am passionate about, and I love helping people better themselves. It is a gift to be able to help someone set and achieve goals for themselves.
How can you help people at RISE?
I was at a low place mentally, physically, and spiritually a few years ago. I was able to make a decision to change and grow in areas of my life including mental health, physical fitness, and spirituality. Going through this change with others at my side has allowed me to see the potential in others and encourage them to never give up.
Favorite glutenous meal:
I am currently hooked on Papa John’s stuffed crust pizza.
Hidden talents:
I am pretty good at flipping eggs without a spatula.
What is your greatest fitness achievement?
Hitting a Deadlift PR of 300lbs.
